SKI-CORE – Blending Pilates movements and core strengthening exercises to increase power, balance and overall body functionality. With a special focus on muscle chains used for Skiing.

SKI-HiiT – High Intensity Interval Training. Increase your cardio, strength and power with a mixture of high intensity plyometric and isometric exercises. Circuit Training with a Ski Twist!

Flexibility – Pilates Matwork  – A traditional workout for you to develop a strong core – flat abdominals and a strong back, gain long, lean muscles and flexibility, align all body segments for a proper posture”.

Real Ball Fitness – Fun, complete workout born in Italy from the idea of presenter Salvo Oliverio. Innovative use of the gymball: we will move from song to song, easy, fun choreographies! Bouncing and sweating on the ball.


New Ski Fit Classes!

More for less and a bit of fun! – Just like our Ski Slopes – we want keeping fit to be dynamic and fun!  We combine real activities that will engage every muscle in your body so you will be fit to enjoy your daily life and activities more.  Yes we can build muscle but we can also help with all those small connecting muscles that will help with your CORE strength, agility, flexibility, stamina and balance.  Why do a normal squat when you can engage more muscles on one of our Bosu, Balance Boards or slacklines? Same exercise… but 20 times more beneficial!  Why not try our downhill treadmill or Big Mountain Serries Skiers Edge trainers?  Much more beneficial than a normal run!
