This revolutionary rotating wall of fun allows you to try your hand at climbing whilst staying only a few feet from the ground. It’s completely safe and a great way to discover a new sport whether young or old!

Once you start you need to keep climbing – otherwise you be back at the bottom (on the ground) – but don’t worry it’s only 1ft off the ground!  We can adjust the resistance based on your weight and size and whether it’s a 3 minute, 5 minute or 30 minute workout… you’ll be surprised how far you’ll go!

“Just what I was looking for! Great fun, yet a challenge! The first circuit is nice and gentle, the second circuit will definitely challenge you, and if you’re up to it you keep going! It’s great working out with the group, there’s a real buzz and you push yourself to your limits. With Bosu ball, Skier’s edge and balance boards it’s got that “skier’s twist”. A fun way to keep ski fit – highly recommend.”

“I train a couple of time a week and ski weekly… and find the “pilates-style” core exercises great at working those smaller muscles helping reduce the risk of injury, a bit like an insurance policy. Dry-land training with Indo Balance Board

“Balance, dynamic strength and core stability training are important parts of my physical preparation for Ski Racing. I have integrated the Indo-Board into my training program so that I can better prepare these aspects of my fitness. I did a course of six Ski Fit classes before I went on my ski trip ,they made a big  difference  to my stamina , I was able to keep going all day ,no sore legs! The class itself was great fun too you get an all over work out. Interesting and varied  with lots of different exercise combinations.

I am hoping that it will continue all year round.
